How It Works
Charging and Firing
Starting the Charge:
When you begin using the Witch Hunter Crossbow, it enters a charging phase.
An animation reminiscent of drawing a bow sets the mood, building anticipation for the upcoming shot.
Checking for Arrows:
The crossbow scans your inventory for arrows.
If no arrows are detected, it switches to a standby mode and displays an action bar message: “You need arrows to use this.”
Releasing the Charge:
Once charged, releasing the crossbow converts it to its “charged” state.
In this state, two arrows are launched:
The first arrow is fired with a higher speed multiplier (5x).
The second arrow follows closely with a slightly reduced speed (4.5x).
Durability and Replacement:
Each use slightly damages the crossbow.
If its durability reaches the maximum limit, it is automatically removed from your equipment slot.
